Wie immer, super schnell geliefert, bestens verpackt, Probe inkl. Vielen Dank! Von Anfang an, Löslichkeit gut, Geschmack (Snow Cone), nicht übel, Booster eben, egal.
Kurz nach der Einnahme mit 2 Scoops merkte ich schon die ersten Vorboten des Energie-Levels. B-A war etwas später subtil zu spüren, bei 4Mg hatte ich mich schon auf Angel Dust Stärke eingestellt. Aber sehr angenehm, läuft so mit, nicht heftig, aber lange. Nach knapp 40 Min. baut sich die Wirkung auf. Das Beintraining wurde zu Anfang etwas wackelig und ich dachte mir, mehr muss auch gar nicht kommen, kam aber, jedoch anders, es wurde immer besser. Das Yohi kickte als Letztes ein und vervollständigte das Booster-Gefühl. Pump prima, Focus und Energie überragend. Stimmungssteigerung im Rahmen der Inhaltsstoffe spürbar, ohne die DM** Euphorie. Als ich durch war, habe ich noch etwas drangehängt, wollte gar nicht aufhören. Auf der Rückfahrt auf dem Rad erwischte mich der dickste Regen. Ich hasse Radfahren im Regen wie die Pest, aber nass bis auf die Haut, hätte ich noch ewig so weiterfahren können, Hammer! Kein Crash zu vermerken, Appetit ist allerdings über Minimum 5 Stunden unterdrückt. Fazit: Dieser Booster ist allererste Sahne, einer der besten, die ich die letzten Jahre hatte und es waren einige. Auf jeden Fall klare Kaufempfehlung.

In terms of the experience itself, El Jefe is one of the most positive pre workout experiences I have had in a very long time. Similar to the WILD we reviewed, it just makes you fly in terms of energy. It is definitely a hardcore stim junkie pre workout, kicking in about 20 minutes after you take it

Strangely enough, when I tried El Jefe with more stims, it felt worse than with the prescribed amount. The pumps are incredible and the energy boost is clean. El Jefe is not one of those crack energy pre workouts. As for the power output, it is very apparent and you actually feel stronger for a good 1-2 hours. Along with good mental focus, mood elevation and a general ‘buzzed’ feeling.

Even though there is Alpha Yohimbine in it, you do not get the bad side effects that typically come along with it. 2 hours after, I still felt buzzed with good focus and a nice kick of energy. In addition to a bit of Beta Alanine tingling. If you are one of those people that need the crazy crackhead energy boost, you should maybe try 2 full scoops. Which, again, I found to be too much for me and somewhat ruined the positive feeling effect.

Overall, I had a really awesome experience with El Jefe Pre Workout and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their next go-to pre workout.

Finally I could get my Hands on El hefe!!! Im tellin ya thats one if not the best. Ordered 2 Bottles just because.

As I stated in the beginning, the experience of the ASC Supplements El Jefe review has been one of my absolute all-time favorites. El Jefe has everything going for it – extreme stimulation, energy, and mood elevation. Pumps are at a great level as well. Two scoops of El Jefe definitely feels like something that should be illegal.

I experienced no side effects. No intense thirst, no jitters, no “cracked out” feeling. I normally fret a bit about heart rate but the mood elevation and the overall experience overshadowed even that. Of course, there’s a heart rate increase as with all preworkouts but it doesn’t seem to be at a dangerous level. Additionally, there’s no crash at all. An incredible experience.

Overall, there is nothing much to write about ASC Supplements El Jefe in this review. You can’t really describe how good this preworkout is. You have to experience it.
